I know this isn't directly related to FCD, but FCD did play Pachuca, and I was impressed by Calero. He was mean-looking and fun to watch, especially when they played LA.

The Pachuca website says he had a "trombosis venosa" . . . which I believe is a blood clot. He will be out for at least 2-3 months and under the care of a cardiologist.

I hope that he is okay!

I hope he has a speedy recovery. I have gained tremendous respect for Pachuca thanks to Superliga, and this guy was a monster in goal -- his ability to cover side-to-side on penalty kicks is absolutely amazing.

Salud!

I assumed his leggings were worn to aid circulation. He's a good keeper.
