There's a interesting story in SI.com about hooliganism in Argentina. I don't know how accurate the story is, so I figured I'd come here to get an idea, here's the story first off:

Is it as bad as the author says? Plus, he talks about how the "gangs" fight over a cut of the transfer fees and how they have good relationships with the players, even guys like Palacios. Why would clubs give the gangs cuts of the transfer fees? And why are the players so close to the gangs?
