Anyone else see our boy "Handball" screw Chivas tonight on their breakaway in extra time?

Our linesman nemesis called Chivas offside on a beautiful connection that caught the DC backline 30yrds up and Perkins reeling. Chivas was about 3 ft onside and Perkins was beat. I don't know the idiot's name but he makes half of his calls while trailing the play by 20yrds.
