The RailHawks final match of the regular season WILL NOT BE STREAMED LIVE on USL Live due to "technical difficulties"

The game will only be available from 5pm EDT the next day "on demand".

Nice of them to know well in advance that they are going to be suffering "technical difficulties".

I think that can be interpreted as "the Victory won't pay for it."

Thats not the reason. They are still showing the game albeit the next day.

I was told that the issue is the uplink from the stadium. I think their internet provider must have cut them off at the end of the month.
They will still tape the game and then upload it later to the server from a different location.

nice letter Jarrett. Hopefully there will be some response forthcoming. For now, we can just imagine that we're living in 1950 huddled around the radio, praying for a goal - who knows, mabye even two!

Is the game going to be on WSHA? Dean didn't go on this trip.

Yes, this is the tricky part. Dean had originally intended to call the game watching the USL Live feed. You obviously see the flaw in this.
Last I heard, either one of two things was going to happen: (1) The Victory's USL Live broadcast team (who will be there taping the match...they just can't upload it from the stadium) will patch their audio call into WSHA by phone line or (2) RailHawks Asst. GM Brian Wellman and whichever player doesn't dress (there's 19 on the trip and only 18 can suit up) will call the game.
There will be audio on WSHA-FM tonight at 10pm

I'm listening.
This time I promise no gruesome pictures. But when the situation arises there may be something for the win. :D

Full Time. We're through.
First playoff match is Friday, Sept 14 at 7:30 at SAS against Seattle or Portland, whichever finishes top of the table.

We hope the feed worked out okay for you all. It was fun -- we had your president in the box going on the radio while we figured out how to patch it all in. Hokey, I know, but we did our best to make sure you all had some kind of live coverage.
As a Victory employee (! .. volunteer??), and a fan, I have to say I'm rooting for the RailHawks this post-season. Good luck to you all, and congrats on getting a decent owner. Your GM Chris Economides was pacing the stands like a true fan who really cares about his team. Looks like you're in it for the long haul.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
On multiple accounts. First of all, for the yeoman's effort to get us a radio feed to listen to last night. There were quite a few of us rivted to our radios hoping & praying to get to see at least one more RailHawks game this season at home.
Secondly, for continuing to work (without pay I understand) to keep the Victory on the field this season even when your ownership seems to have abandoned you. Oh, the things we do for the love of this game
