I am going to be in Vegas next week and was wondering if there is a pub that people will be at to watch the Euro Qualifiers on 9/12.

McMullan's Irish Pub on Tropicana west of the Strip should have them on:

They have Setanta and other channels and show matches regularly.

Probably just about any sports book in any hotel can get the games for you too.

Don't bet on it

not sure if that was a joke (about betting) or if you were being serious, but when I was in vegas all the casinos I walked into were playing soccer on the tvs in the sportsbook rooms. and they were all international friendlies (this was 2 weeks ago)

I think you won't have any problem. I might recommend the sportsbook at the Las Vegas Hilton, it is excellent.

Interesting, because a couple years back it was the next thing to impossible to find soccer on the book screens.

I've been to the Crown and Anchor. Sunderland 2, Liverpool 1. Never forgotten that one, largely because it was a week before Christmas and Sunderland didn't win another league game the rest of the season.:(

If a match is on PPV, the sports books may not show it. If there's anything else on of more interest to bettors, they probably won't show it.

In any case, the atmosphere in a sports book doesn't really compare to a pub.

Both

I was there for the last weekend of the Premiership a few months ago and it was nowhere to be found in the sportsbooks

Last time I was in Vegas (2 years ago) most books didn't have soccer betting at all, I seem to remember the Hilton was the best one though even though they just had Premiership and international games to bet on (got a France ticket at 25-1 for World Cup 2006 DOH!)
