works best if you live in L.A., but this is hysterical. I've programmed that number into my cell phone to give to guys who just won't catch the clue to leave the hell alone.

This is actually a good idea. It saves the person some humiliation of being rejected face to face.
Imagine getting some girls number in a bar, (rejected number) then wait 3 days to call her planning the conversation, re-arranging your schedule to make plans with her, then when you finally call, its a rejected number. Poor guy.
Or how about if the the guy receives the number from the girl and he KNOWS the number is fake...then he can turn around a cal her out.
