Mine were the Indiana Jones trilogy. Since I'm only 22, I actually saw most of them on tv and never in a movie theater, except for the last one.
I remember they were the first movies that stuck in my head for weeks.
They also made me want to become an archeologist, untill I discovered their life isn't as interesting as Indie's was... :D
What a dissapointment that was...

Westerns - Hopalong Cassidy and Gene Autry.
Also many of the Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis classis.
There were also the Friday night horror shows - Frankenstein, the Mummy, good Bela Lagosi stuff. :D
P.S. My tastes have definitely changed.

Star Wars, for sure. I remember seeing the first one in the theater when I was 4. My mom says that afterwards my eyes were as big as dinner plates. I'm sure my sharing a first name with the lead character had something to do with my interest as well.
Indiana Jones was great too.
And I was really into James Bond for a while too (the late Sean Connery/early Roger Moore days).
Top Gun was one of my favorites. And anything with Elisabeth Shue.

Spartacus, Vikings, The Outlaw Josey Whales, Escape To Victory, The Great Escape, and Teen Wolf were among my childhood favourites.

Star Wars - I actually saw it in the theater...several times.
Gus - Disney movie about a field-goal kicking mule. Stupid by today's standards.
The Doberman Gang - A group of Dobermans are trained to rob banks. I saw it recently on TV...this movie is very bad. But as a child, I was easily entertained.
Race For Your Life Charlie Brown - Ugh.
Bad News Bears - A movie featuring foul-mouth, smart-ass kids. This movie was about everything I wanted to be, except the baseball part. I still like this movie.

I did not know the title of this movie until you just mentioned it. I must have seen this when I was 4 or 5. It still stick on my mind.

The Hammer horror films. You couldn't keep me out of the movie theater when I was a kid and the new ones finally got over here from England. And those were the days of the double bill, so you'd get see two. Twice the fun!

I had a horrible, horrible notion when I was a kid that any movie that had kids as the main characters were good. So, I watched weekday afternoon matinees of unknown movies such as "D.A.R.Y.L." and "KidCo".

It is only now, as I'm on the downhill side of 35, that I understand just how truly awful all those Japanese monster movies were.
(And continue to be, if you've seen Godzilla 2000.)
But I loved 'em.

The Last Unicorn.
And i still watch every rerun in tv.
And i still love the soundtrack.
And i will probably buy it on DVD.
And that really scares me in some way.

Old Yeller
The Land Before Time
The Sandlot
Hang Your Hat on the Wind
The Rookie
Rambo, all of them
I'm sure there are others I can't think of now, but I liked those all when I was 12 and under, some even when I was 6 or so.
