I saw someone post it couple weeks ago and couldn't find it.

I need schedule of Engish Premier Leauge on Fox Soccer Channel and Setanta BroadBand in U.S, please. I need the whole season not just a week or two.

They choose the matches about a week or two ahead.

This means Setanta must have already made their picks for 10 a.m. ET Saturday games (Setanta has first and third choices of games in this time slot), but they do not release their schedule for than two weeks in advance.

Also, you can determine the early Saturday (Setanta in US), early Sunday (Setanta in US) and late Sunday games (FSC in US)in November by looking at the Premier League website TV listings, which show the UK channels the games will be on:

Beyond that, the Premier League hasn't even released the time changes for early/late/Sunday/Monday games for December and onward (every game still listed as 15:00 Saturday kickoff with police exceptions unrelated to TV -- Birmingham derby and 'Pool v. Man U at noon local kickoffs):
