Hello

This is a warning to help everyone avoid a seller in Brazil who is a lying theif. I recently made a deal to buy 4 shirts from him, I paid him and waited for shirts to be delivered which never happened. He replied to my emails at the begining but then ignored me and disappeared.

I made a claim with Paypal which I won but when they could not recover any funds from this person's Paypal account I was told that although the dispute was ruled in my favour Paypal does not cover purchases outside of Paypal. So basically they told me bad luck you lost your money unless we recover the funds one day.

So this is a warning for everyone and here is a few tips............

* Dont buy outside of eBay unless they are a trusted honest seller you know.
* Paypal dont offer any cover on purchases made outside of eBay* Avoid this theif from Brazil and be prepared for him to change his name and try to rip other people off. As a guide this is the shirts he was offering..............
