As someone who is not especially fond of ManUtd, I can say without a doubt that Solskjaer was my favorite player for that team and a great player in general.
So many players of his quality could have bitched and moaned about their role, but he was pure class.
I wish him the best, and as others said: We need more guys like Solskjaer in the game.

I regret not having him around for some of the younger players who desperately need to learn about loyalty and class.
He'll still be coaching at United.

I only changed my avatar in order to show respect to Ole, but I actually really like it now:)

Right, I'd much rather have him play alongside them. It's an entirely other experience. I hope he can still continue to bring his influence through coaching, and in the future, who knows what else.

Agreed. At least he'll still be around, though.

It saddens me to see all these old-timers slip away one by one. Ole was definitely one of my favorites. So sad to see him retire, he will always be remembered.

Ain't that the truth...

Well we still have Giggs, Neville, and Scholes of the old boys. Although Ole didn't come in with the class of 92 through the ranks, he still is one of "those" guys in my mind. Ran with the best for over a decade and did it in spectacular fashion.
The Newcastle tackle, the goal against Lpool in 99, scoring 30 in one season in all comps, 4 against Forest in 10 minutes, and his overall intelligence was astounding. Even if he hadn't turned the ball into the net that night in Barcelona, he would have been a club legend.
Didn't hurt that he did though ;)

We're more special than you..... ;)
Easy way is to upload the image in imageshack and set it to be an avatar size. Likewise you could manually do it in Paint.

Just give it a few pulls, soon enough it tends to get bigger and stronger. Don't over do it, though.

Isn't it $15 for 6 months?
EDIT: $20 for a year, $11 for 6 months.
Apparently it is viewed in widescreen for those who pay. What does that look like?

I would assume he will be our new striker coach. The lads could certainly use some tips on finishing. :)

A little Ole trivia. According to Sky, his first and last goal were against Rovers.
