NJ Rec Soccer Leagues (Maplewood area)?

Looks like I'll be moving to Maplewood NJ in a month or two. Does anyone have any info on leagues? Specifically I'm interested in over-35 (and, sadly, qualify for over-40) mens. I'm also interested in co-ed leagues. Maplewood is in Essex county. I have very little NJ geographic knowledge. Generally, I'd like to keep everything to a relatively short drive (20-30 minutes or less).

Go to Newark, Little Ferry St speak to the local as you are eating some of the best Paella in Jersey and they will give you ALLLL the scoop on rec leagues and where the pick up games are being held.
