There are low capacity Stadiums in Turkey.
Fener's stadium's capacity is 52.000, BJK's 32.000. GS's 25.000
and the others are low then 20.000, most of them 15.000.
And most of them are old (historical :) )
We will built new stadiums in 2-3 years.
Then maybe our league's attendance will be higher than 20.000.

If England had the terracing and cheap prices of Germany, the average attendance would probably be around 50k.

Ist die beste Liga meiner Meinung nach. Ich mag, wie stark sie kämpfen. Ich sehe dieses als die konkurrierendste Liga. Traurig über meinen Deutschen. Everyone always has the chance to take the title.Thats the reason i think that so many people went to games...and the prices don't hurt at all.

I hear a bit of envy in your voice :-P
Fact is, in Germany the fans still have a chance to influence decisions, whereas in England that is gone, provably forever. That results in ticket prices affordable for the little man. If they would be as low in England attendance there would probably higher than in Germany, but acting as if it is unfair that the ticket prices are cheaper in D is a bit weir, to put it mildly.

I agree - it's more a cultural difference.
Germany is yet to fully go "free market"
Clubs don't look to maximise their ROI in this area.
