Anyone have a suggestion of where to go if I want to watch USA-Sweden and England-Germany simultaneously? Anyone have an idea of where to go if I want to catch Belarus-Israel?

I'm not sure if that exists. You can certainly catch one game at a time, but it's probably going to be a USA match or England, possibly Mexico. As for the Belarus-Israel game, I have a bad feeling that it's not going on to be Setanta, which typically carries these games. The following places show football on a regular basis:

Scottish Arms (CWE)
John McGurk's (Soulard)
OB Clark's (Brentwood)
The Dubliner (I believe they show footy, which is downtown)

All great suggestions. But my favorite is OB Clarks. I was recently there to watch a soccer match that was on at the same time as a Cardinals game. And, believe it or not, soccer was on the same number of television screens as the Cards. It really is something of a "soccer sanctuary." If it's on TV, and they are open, they'll show it; and you won't even have to ask, because it's probably already on. They also open early on weekends (and serve breakfast) for people who want to watch early-morning European League matches - so I've been told.

A quick note about the Scottish Arms:

Their bar and restaurant is separated. They only have two TV's in the bar, and none in the main dining area.

Furthermore, their bar layout is not very spacious, nor does it accomodate more than 30-40 people. And unless you want to be spending your evening with a wide variety of SLU students (most of whom do not go their for the soccer), then I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

It is, however, a great bar for any SLU-soccer fan. Right down the street, and shows great action on their TV's.
