Wolff, who plays with 1860 Munich and was looking forward to his first appearance with the U.S. since the 2006 FIFA World Cup, has been excused from the team for personal reasons.

Anyone know the personal reasons?

I am sure it is legitimate, but I suspect Bradley is relieved to have options other than the Donovan/Dempsey forward line.

I think the key thing now is if Bradley uses Ching as cover or starts him over a younger guy presumably Davies.

I'm disappointed Wolff won't be there.

How many goals has Davies scored for his current team?

I think he scored one, but I think that is it (off the top of my head so I may not be right).
IMHO he should get some subs minutes, maybe. That is it.
I still don't know why Pablo is in the squad. Why not bring in Simek and let Spector move to destroyer d-mid if need be.

One goal so far. He scored in the first round of the Intertoto Cup against Ki Klaksvik from the Faeroe Islands Premier League. I think they finished third in their league last year...

Well cap that guy now!
I don't think Ching would have been called in except to start. If it was to sub they could have called Altidore.

Im not... The only wolf I want to see on the US team is this one

I really think he could solve all of our forward problems. I mean the man does solve problems for a living, also prolly would be good to have around in case the national team had to get rid of a dead hookers body.
Also can people please stop saying "IMO". or "IMHO" we know its your opinion you are writing it.

Right now, Altidore is a much better forward than Dempsey. :) If he was called up, I would have expected him to start.
