It's called "Chocolate pyramid." Basically it's just chocolate mousse shaped into a pyramid and dusted with cocoa powder. It sits in this shallow pool of some type of creme, and it's amazing. Probably doesn't sound all that spectacular, but man... totally awesome.

Does look really strong though....with no sign of downgrading for some time.

Even if it loses steam over land in the southern Gulf..the water temp there will re-fuel it quickly. I'll be keeping the old digits crossed and hope that all you get is some big surf.
