Hi Folks
I described some of my prior troubles with kitbag.com - it was my first and last experience with them and I issued some warnings for others here and on another thread:
http://www.soccerpulse.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=133322
Messages are now bouncing back.>Either they went underground or don't want anything
to do with my complaints:) I wore them out?
Anyways, just a forewarnign those considering ordering from kitbag.com. I still have the
liverpool L/S training jersey for sale if anyone is interested:

This sounds very similar to how I was treated by Kitbag.com. I ordered two items from Kitbag.com. One item came one size too small and the other item came without the printing of the player name and number on the Liverpool jersey. I live in Canada and preferred to not return but work out something else because of shipping costs, duties, etc. All I really wanted was a refund for the lettering that they did not put on the jersey.
After about five emails, I finally received a note back saying I should send photos of the order and they would give a refund on my credit card. To tell you the truth, I think they gave me the name of a non-existent person and email account. I also have contacted customer service over and over and they have indicated that they would forward the information to the person involved. Well, after about 10 emails and no replies, I have given up on Kitbag.com. I will never order from them again!!!!!!!! I purchased in May and have not received any emails from them or a refund to my credit card. What an outfit?!?!?!
I will probably order from Subside.com from now on. I can deal with the customs charges through CanadaPost. However, if we receive packages from the USA via UPS we get thoroughly hosed on "brokerage fees" by UPS.

Years ago...before i knew of other vendors, I ordered an Italian jersey type shirt I found on Kitbag for only $15.00 US.
Now, no stores in the states by me sell Italian soccer shirts, so I jumped on it, even though the shipping was $14.00. $30 for an Italian Soccer shirt, when I can't buy them here sounded like a good deal....
Until Kitbag stuck me with a bill for International Duties....for a $14.00 item (which by the way didnt fit and was rediculously small) I had to pay $15.00 shipping and $24 US for duties.....i had the federal gov. send me collection notices...it was rediculous!! Never again!!!!!
