Meeting in Collinsville Tonight [Archive]

For those of us unfamilar with Collinsville, does any one have details of where at 7:30 tonight?

Are people meeting before the meeting tonight?

He suggested Bert's Chuckwagon prior to tonight's meeting.

Does 6:30 work for people?

I won't be there early enough to meet - Cooper said he will join us after if we want.

6:30 might be pushing it.

I would plan on getting to city hall BY 7PM... pro stadiums in small-ish towns have the potential to bring people out of the woodwork, and its probably not a huge meeting room.

The stadium presentation is all the way at the bottom of the list, so be prepared to sit for a while.

I'm pretty sure I can make it to Collinsville before the meeting if anyone else is going to be there around 6:30 or so. I haven't had Burts Chuck Wagon in some time. :)

We had a Bert's Chuckwagon in Belleville when I was growing up.

That really takes me back...

Billy - I also noticed that the stadium presentation is at the end of the agenda. It could be amusing to hear the other city business leading up to it.

Oh, maybe we could all wear some type of footy gear - considering that no one knows what each other looks like. I'll be wearing some Newcastle garb.

I'll be there as well. I'll be in a white mock jersey with green stripes with khaki shorts. I'm also on the huge side. An insider told me that they wouldn't be discussing the stadium until at least 8.

This brings up a question: Would it be better for us to wear football jerseys or shoot for a professional look? I'd vote for football jerseys.
