For sure. I am very comfortable speaking french in Quebec, and reading french documents from Quebec. I am also quite comfortable with reading documents from France, however I still have trouble understanding people from France. It's not so much the vocabulary, but the accent and speed.

I'm going to have to go to France again in the near future to improve my French French (as I like to call it) :p

For the - cute - little story, Philippe Peythieu and Véronique Augereau who are Homer and Marge's French voices met when they got the job and got married later.

I don't know if one should envy their daughter ! ;)

Nous n’imaginons pas que cela puisse s’arrêter. Nous serions un peu orphelins s’ils devaient disparaître. Nous avons d’ailleurs posé la question à Matt Groening que nous avons rencontré pour la première fois à l’occasion de la sortie du film, et il a confié qu’il espérait que cela durerait encore autant ! Nous savons quand même qu’il y a une vie après les Simpson et nous avons beaucoup d’autres activités. »
