Well it's the truth to be honest. When there's a jump in attendance at any LA Galaxy game now, home or away, it is down to Becks, let's be realistic. If attendances stay up after the match then it is down to other players/the team etc.

Beck's game against NY I was there live and almost the whole game he played like a DM or a center back....He had some nice Fk's but that's it a 17 year old stole the show.

As for Vick, on the one hand there NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING worse than animal cruelty IMO, but on a slefish level im saddened to lose the single most exciting athlete in sport over the past 5 years. Couldn't he have some kind of deferred sentence whereby he has to play for the remainder of his athletic life wityh all his Nike dollars going to charity, then goes to jail to get shower-loved by the toss salad man for the rest of his days after he's served pennance by running away from D linemen for my entertainment?!?!
Alternatively put him in a small arena-football esque area, no pads and a juicy steak as a ball, and have he play against a team of savage dogs, live only on PPV! Karmic justice the whole family could approve of!!!
