Feels good to have about 15-18 million euros (at least) rolling into the bank account...

congratulations to werder bremen..dinamo outplayed them but that was expected as dinamo was home and had to attack because they had to win..i just wish the ref didnt whistle that awful first penalty..once bremen scored that nice goal on the counter the game was pretty much over..once bremen get healthy i think they have a chance to get out of group stage but i think they need to buy another striker..

How's Almeida been?
He was involved in 2 of the goals, so he did a good job:
- fouled in penalty area, which led to penalty
- involved in 2nd goal
He still needs to work on his technic, but his physical stregnth
was very useful today.

lol sorry but that was no foul..if the ref is going to call that a foul then he could call ten penalties a game because holding and pushing on corners and freekicks goes on all the time..

Now let's hope Bremen can get healthy in time for the Group Stages.
BTW are Bremen going to be a second seeded club this year?
Edit: Well according to this site Link (http://www.xs4all.nl/~kassiesa/bert/uefa/seedcl2007.html)
Bremen are in pot 2!!!

Not the first elbow tonight.
It's a wednesday, if you're not unemployed how are you going to make it there and let's be real it's not like Zagreb is a dream-destination for most fans.
Pretty quiet right now.
Well, if anyone remembers the Chelsea away match... W.Bremen supporters got a very very good reputation as being fanatics. Even one hour after the match (Which Bremen lost), the fans were still going crazy and singing. It impressed the stockings off the Chelsea people.

To the Dinamo-Fans:
Please don't tear down the great performance of your team by being sore losers! You have lost but you did well, get over it!

I'm proud with my team performance (more or less).
And I'm convinced Werder team is more then capable of reaching CL through Dinamo without christmas gifts from Nyon ;)
Tell me, would any ref call that kind of PK in the opening of the match in Bremen if Dinamo would be the team coming with 2:1 result from 1st game?
I don't think so..
I'm proud our team got themselves together after that shocking decision and put good 1st half performance.

if that's the case then if it would be up to you, we would have in football what we have in handball, dozens of PK per game
2nd PK was right, it was fault on Diego just like it was on Balaban. But 1st one:eek:

I had this penalty discussion with some Croatian fans on an other board, and they were of course all convinced that there was no penalty. Just one of those situations where we can agree to disagree.

So now you are being sore winners. Admit that it shouldn't have been called and end of discussion. Our defense is weak and would have probably been broken sooner or later.
