What alignment do you use most often and if you don't mind what are your team tactics?

Most often I use the 433. (My favorite is 442, but you have to pick a system compatable with the team. I don't have good winghalves, so using the 442 means giving up most counterattacking opportunities.) I prefer a low pressure defense/counterattacking style of play. Whenever the fast counterattack is stopped, we slow down and build up numbers. We use a diamond back defense and push the attackers to the outside. With the low pressure defense, we try to push to the outside and double team (winger and outside mid) the first attacker at midfield pinning him against a touchline.

I play a high pressure attacking 4-4-2 with an offsides trap my players are very fast and have pretty decent skills what we lack in skills we make up for in aggressiveness and we attack a lot, we attack the flanks and clog the middle as my two centermids think defense first, it has been effective thus far.
