Hargreave's number?

Hi guys,

My friend is in london and he wants to get a United jersey with Hargreaves print.

The problem is today is the only day he can get the jersey and United still didn't announce Hargreaves's number.

If anyone somehow knows what number Hargreaves is going to get please help.

My guess is 23, but 8, 12, and 19 are possibilities also.

He is extremely busy tomorrow and he is heading back to Kuwait after tomorrow, I think.

I think there is a better chance for hargreaves to get 23. Maybe Anderson will take 8 and Teves will take 19.

Should he risk it and print 23 on the shirt?

No he should wait and order over the net or get it at a later date. Or just dont get a Hargreaves jersey.

It will probably be 23, his favourite number. He said in an interview how he loved Michael Jordon, and always loved the number 23. So I can see him getting that. I doubt Anderson will be 8, he won't feature that much in the first team this season, I think Nani will feature more. Anderson will most probably get 21 or 19, and Tevez the number 8.

the fact that he still hasn't been assigned a number makes me think saf was was waiting for the tevez deal to go through.

with that said, i think tevez will get 8 and hargreaves will get 23.

i'd wait and buy it online.

Tevez i bet will be #32 til Giggs retires when he gets #11.
Anderson will get #14
Foster (if not loaned out) will get #12.

I thought Tevez would take number 19 too but at the Community Shield when they were walking up the steps to collect it, Pique was wearing the number 19 shirt and shorts whereas Hargreaves was wearing the number 23 shorts. Biggest indication yet. Hope this helps your mate's decision.

And Martin was listed as 30. But I only seem to find 7 subs for that game wherever i look and Naderson and Owen are not amongst them...
