Fifa has warned the Scottish FA that its plan to use video evidence to hand out retrospective yellow cards for diving would contravene the rules.
"According to the Fifa disciplinary code, article 79, the disciplinary decisions taken by the ref on the field of play during a match are final."

I used to be against the introduction of video review - mostly because I'm conservative when it comes to football - especially to punish diving as there would surely be lots of gray cases.
But having seen so many blatant dives go unpunished,I'd say let the Scots give it a try.Something has to be done about the problem and this is at least not a step in a wrong direction.
Your thoughts.
