Banners?

Are there any rules regarding bringing banners / signs to games? My wife and I have a couple of front row Club Level seats for the LA game and I was thinking about making a banner to bring. Nothing offensive, just supporting the Wiz and the obligatory Beckham joke ;)

no size restrictions that I know of.
But you better get in early to hang them.

The only restrictions are , I believe, that it can't obscure any existing signage, and it can't obscure sight lines for any paying customers. That's what I've been told anyway.

PS My Swedish friend has been working on "a massive Wizards banner", which should be ready "in the next few weeks". I've been trying to make one with him for the longest time, but I guess he wanted to work aone on this one. Knowing him it will hang from the upper deck and we could still do TIFO with it in the Cauldron. :rolleyes:

I just whipped up another banner last night. Nothing fancy, simple and to the point.

Hanging, white background, blue letters. maybe trim each letter in black to make it pop more and to piss off Wiggy. 16ft long I think by 5 ft high. It is not the most fancy thing in the world mind you. Something I whipped up really fast tuesday afternoon. I need some more paint so I will have to head by the HL again tonight.

if it's a darker blue (royal blue or anything darker than that), you're going to want to put another inner white line between the black and blue. i mean, like two outlines around the letter, white, then black. otherwise you'd be better off with just blue on white.

if it's a lighter blue, like the color of the jersey or lighter, any of the three options would look fine.
