thats a big change! 3 guys who didnt make the Copa Squad? u think Basile really wants his job after hearing that Diego wants it? or is he just dissapointed of the COpa Squad so decided to makes some changes?

also these players have to be European based...
I don't see any problem with using Saviola and Pinola, especially using them at this time could be beneficial to their career. Higuain though, well, I guess he really wants a chance...

Pinola has good tackle but sometimes seemed rough. He's ok as wingback too but recently he had played more defensive left back role. Problem is he always seemed to get an early yellow and had to be substituted out. If it's true that refs have a blacklist of players, Pinola is definitely on the list.

ya. Simeone obviously tried to back up Veron, "pointing out" the necessity of having a lobber on the pitch... But I agree with the more modern variations of playmaker positions idea he described. Kept playing the same enganche is stupid, others had figured out how to beat it.

according to ole, the list for norway friendly now include Carrizo and Maxi. Coco also said the following players are in the future NT plans: Roman, Messi, Crespo, Tevez, D.Milito, Ustari, Zanetti, Garay, Pinola, Bottinelli, Gonzalo Rod (once he's healthy), Aguero and possibly Fazio.

He hasn't confirmed on Heinze.

Yeah, that's true. And some of the players who played Copa America must be worn out.

I really would like to see Messi play every match for Argentina, but at this point I think it would be wiser if he's not called. The last thing the kid needs right now, with the long Euro season starting up, is more matches. And that is true of other players as well.

rios, i read what u posted on the other web about a 3-4-1-2 which i referred to it as a 3-3-2-2 depends on how u play it i think Basile can use Cufre on the left! hes a good defensive player i dont know if hes gonna use pinola in that position but i heard that Guiterez can defend well! but this would look good!

using Heinze at that position is acceptable, but that defense choice would get alot of criticism because the other players excluded.

Cufre might of been too defensive (it has to be a wingback sort of, but still need to be able play offensive winger) as there are 2 holding midfielders already. We need overall balance of offense-defense.

If a suitable winger presents himself, then that CAM position I think should still be Roman's.

It's hard to predict the forward setup. Carlito shouldn't be excluded though.

Now Higuain is injured, he won't be in this friendly. Really sucks for him :D Klimowicz too old? we should get the list for 22nd shortly.

Burgessio? not a bad choice :/ i hope Leto, Di Maria get a call i dont know i understand what u meant but Zabaleta is a wing back! so play him on the right and have Maxi play on the left! u know just a switch the only good left wing back we have in Europe is Insua and hes too young!

Zabaleta is a defensive player that could play RCM and RB. Not really a winger.

I know alot of people here don't like Clemente, but he can cover the ground...
he's going on loan to espanyol so we'll see.

the list is finally confirmed but it says that Federico Insua is the one he called up! it didnt say Emiliano Insua but anyways what can u predict from this list?

and why is our midfield not talented?!! i mean not pretty solid talent wise! Maxi, Sosa are the only 2 that can change something or create or even make something out there Lucho sucks! Masche is a defensive player! Gago is a distributor so basically only Maxi, Sosa can run, dribble, assist! im surprised Pavone didnt make the list nor Aguero! and really wanted to see Leto get a chance!
