something interesting: stadium in Leverkusen will be modernized:
http://www.bayer04.de/en/index2.htm
Special attraction: A huge Bayer cross over the Arena
The tiers of the new stadium will be covered by a circular, tent-like roof which will protrude the tiers on the long sides of the pitch and will therefore protect the spectators outside the ground from the rain. The Arena will also have a very special attraction. A huge Bayer cross with a diameter of 200 metres and made up of 2,000 transparent illuminating diodes will be installed over the arena so that the world-famous company logo can be seen clearly from a great distance and from the air

Good win for Leverkusen, shame about the away goal but this result should still be enough to take them through to the group stages.

the atmosphere in stadium was great...the game was also fantastic..i think we could have scored 2 more goals, especially in the first half we were strong....Kiessling scored 2 goals..
impressive was also Rolfes....
generally, it was a bit "hard" game...with many fouls and two red cards....Gresko got red card
unfortunately Schneider is injured...he made great game in the first half...i hope he will recover soon and the injury is not that so bad....
the coach of Leira in nice suit...wanted penalty shoot...and when he did not get it, he acted a bit aggressive...he removed his jacket and wanted to go to the pitch or to Skibbe...so the referre sent him to the tribune
we won 3:1...and it was really fantastic game!

but it seemed that the coach of the portugal team wanted to get penalty...the coach acted pretty aggressive...at least at looked this in stadium...he was upset because the referee did not get them any penalty kick..and it was good...we won 3:1
it is better: in German report from the game

It's a long season we'll see. I have no problem with Bayer whatsoever, and I would rather see them on the 2nd,3rd place than Schalke, Bremen, Stuttgart etc. I'm trying to watch the games when I can to see Barbarez play. When he is in the lineup anyway, that old geezer ;)
