We're arguing about it in the DFB Pokal Quarterfinals Thread (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=654079)

Thanx for the info. I'm taking a look right now...

I thought you would cheer for us b/c you hated Bayern?

Honestly cannot see us winning. I expect either a 1-4 loss or a 2-4 n.V. loss. Given how poorly the finishing has been lately I cannot see 60 scoring much. If the game is close we might have a chance, but good Lord is the team depleated.

Yeah, but it would be the highlight of my football year if we somehow pull it off...:D

Hopefully Gregg has a good game, we'll need him. And yes, he's been a rock this season.

I'd feel hopeful if Göktan were to miraculously be fit for this match, but hey, we're not the ones with the mountain of pressure on out backs.

I hope the team plays loose and let the chips fall...

If that happens and you see a bright light followed by a loud noise don't worry, it's just Loewenboy's head exploding.

I take that back. I mean, I know I was away from here for a few months, but did somebody get his password?

dude, Berhalter is THE MAN this season. If not for him 1860 would be about 8 places lower and fighting off the relegation bug. He has been HUGE for 1860 and is nothing but a pure, solid, smart player this season. Seems Evil Gregg is back and I am VERY, VERY thankful for that. Props to Gregg in a BIG way!!!!!

LMAO!! :D

No, those are his comments. Gregg has been one of the better and more consistent 1860 players this season.

Even when we make fun of someone for an entire year, when they deserve credit and praise, we can do that too.......

ROFLMMFAO....well it would seem that someone has stolen my account info, but it is true. I say it here for all to see:

Gregg Berhalter is my MVP for 1860 for the Hinrunde and has been THE most significant reason why 1860 is in the position they are in. He has played VERY well, he has been rock solid (bone-head challenge last match not-withstanding), he has been a true leader and an example of how ALL 1860 players should play.

In short, Gregg has PROVEN he is a true Loewe!!!! Now, will it last? do not know. But the guy on the field this year is NOT the same guy who was on the field last year, nor the one I have seen play for the USMNT. THIS guy has learned how to play to his strengths and not be something he is not. Apparition? Dunno and don't care. Like many other players (Lauth, Charistas, Barros, etc.) who have had 1-2 marvelous seasons with the rest marked my mediocrity, perhaps Beerholder will show back up. But for now I praise the man, his dedication and committment.

Maybe someone stole his account info.

PS - I'm about to call and subscribe to Setanta. I figure I'll get some NUFC matches out of it as well.

PPS - Doesn't that just bite, the first words out of the chicks mouth before I can even say anything is something like "Give us a call back in a few hours, our system isn't working right now." Bollocks. I had already tried doing it through the TV itself over the past few days and it kept on timing out. Well, looks like Setanta loses a customer.

PPPS - Dead Fingers had a link to a p2p live viewing site in the enemy thread so I'm up. This could be bad for me though. I noticed they have Austrian matches as well.

Apparently there is some 1860 game on Wednesday:). Anyway, there are a few US based people on this board so I just wanted to note that the game will be on Setanta North America (2:30 ET and rebroadcast 6 hours later).

As I live in the Boston area there are a lot of Irish/English pubs with Setanta subscriptions I can go to (I just need to figure out one who will do it as there is a Rangers v. Hearts game on at the same time).

Also, thanks to all those who give us the 1860 info.

Oh man, I wish I knew this a few days ago. I would have picked up the digital box and subscribed to Setanta in time for today's match. Instead, I'm following the pokal match on kicker.de's ticker!

Nice choice in clubs, darb. ;)

You guys watching this match online? I'm hanging out with the BM fans in their thread.... ick. They seem to be the only ones watching.

Horrible news. Daniel Bierofka was taken off on a stretcher during the Cup match. (64th minute). It looked like a knee injury and he was in some serious pain.

Michael Hofmann got hurt in a clash with Luca Toni earlier in the match. Tschauner had to come in for him and Tschauner has been pretty damned good so far.

Still 0-0 in the 68th minute.

Yes, Tschauner has been great. Made quite a few good stops.

Extra time. Never thought it would go this far. Especially with having lost Hofmann and Bierofka during the match.

The Lions have played some good D today but can they score against 10?

I hope this doens't go down to penalties, though it looks that way right now. Gelb-Rote Benni Schwarz. Damn.

Actually, I think penalties is 1860's best chance.
