Well, if you read his comments properly, he actually said that he wouldn't mind playing for us or Chelsea because we are comparable to Barca and that Jose played a big role in his development. I don't see any hypocrisy there.

MADRID, July 31 (Reuters) - Spain winger Jose Antonio Reyes said he had always wanted to join Atletico Madrid since it became clear he was not going to continue with Arsenal.
This is such bullshit. So pretty much what they are saying is that Reyes who was a RM player, (who won the league with them) has always wanted to play for Alletico.. Ok
When he makes his debute he will reveal his true passion for the club and say he has supported them since he was a kid..
Kinda like how Gary Neville has a secret Liverpool badge tattooed on his ass

I'm actually surprised RM didn't hang on to him - they are desperate for a left sided player, look at all the Robben/Drenthe talk. And while Reyes may not be as good as Robben, he'll still score goals and is more durable.

RM fans(and the people who keep Calderon in office) demand marquee signings. Not surprisingly, Reyes is not considered as one while Robben was one of his election promises.

This made me laugh out loud: On P2P, I was looking for streams for the United-Inter game this afternoon, and I noticed that an MLS Dynamo-DC United game is also listed. But for the league, it doesn't say Major League Soccer, is says North American Superliga. Heh.

Umm....there's a tournament involving Mexican & MLS clubs called "SuperLiga"
So tonights game Houston versus DC, is NOT an MLS match but a SuperLiga match...
It's a brand new tournament.

I caught some of the LA vs. Dallas game last night. Becks did not play. LA has a 4-0 lead and Dallas comes back and make it 4-3. The game ended up LA 6 - Dallas 5 .
It's entertaining but the quality of defending are FC Shenzhen-esque.

What do you expect? The Galaxy's star defender is Abel Xavier.
