Hi folks,

I ordered a bunch of items from Kitbag (never again) and despite my inquiries about correct sizing, they sent me a rather tight-fitting long sleeve 2007-2008 LFT training top. I am disappointed to say the least, after paying a hefty sterling conversion plus shipping and not being able to wear this particular item. The exact item looks like the following:

The cost for me to send it back to these knuckleheads is prohibitive, so I'd like to sell it locally (i.e., in the states). I'm in Arlington, VA. The original (I have the receipt) was 34 pounds plus 11.50 in shipping. That translates to 91 USD. I'd be willing to let her go for 65 plus shipping (won't be much in states). The size is medium which translates to 38-40 in chest size.

Thanks in advance.

Keep complaining to them. Last year, I had a problem with an order. I ordered XL, they sent a L. I phoned them, saying the shipping price was prohibitive for both of us. A couple of weeks later, the charge was wiped from my card. But, you have to be polite, and maybe send a letter in addition to a call. They're service has improved quite alot since. I also had them refer to my order history so they could see how many times I've had a problem with them.
Good luck.

Thanks, I really am trying and despite being polite all along, they have really dropped the ball. Regardless of the outcome, I nor anyone else should order from kitbag. Why bother when other sites do such a standup job on all those things.

THe thing that bothers me most about kitbag is their lack of consistent customer support. They either don't reply at all or reply too late and then it's silent again.

Not a good business model for anyone.

p.s. I think my best bet is to try and sell the jersey in states and order it again from LFC's store
