Is the board meeting being held at George and Dragon (on Central Ave.) on Aug. 2 open to anyone, or only the currently-elected board?
BTW, is there a currently-elected board?

As far as I know, there is currently no official board. That is one of the reasons for this meeting. It is a general organizational meeting.
Besides getting the overall MLSPR (http://www.mlsphoenixrising.com/) structure in place, the details of the upcoming roadtrip to the Chivas USA match on Sept 6 will be discussed.
If anyone is interested in participating or serving(or just observing), then by all means attend the meeting.

Hear, hear! SWS has it right. The purpose of this mtg is to establish a more formal organisation for MLSPR.
Everyone interested in taking an active role in bringing MLS to Phoenix through the efforts of a Fan Supporters group should attend if possible.
