Competition: Amsterdam Tournament
Date: Thursday 2nd August 2007
KO time: 1830 GMT
Venue: The Amsterdam ArenA
TV: SkySports, ATVO
Following victory in the inaugural Emirates Cup, Arsenal look to make it two tournament wins out of two as they enter the Amsterdam Tournament. We were kicked out of it for last season (apparently because we always won it) but the Dutch have obviously realised they can't do without Arsenal's sexy football and invited us back!
Adebayor, Walcott and Rosicky are doubts having missed the Emirates Tournament, but aside from that we have a clean bill of health.
All that's left to say is, COME ON YOU GUNNERS!!!

Whats wrong with his shoulder?
It looked like he hurt it today, in the challenge w/ Chivu (or was it Samuel ). He played the rest of the match but it didn't look too good.

He went down and it was stinging I'd imagine but he got up and appeared to have full rotation on this shoulder.
I think it was just a stinger but of course you never know with RVP.

Can we please beat these dirty cheating italian clowns. Oh ya and can it please be incident free with no nasty fan violence from the stupid italian fans too.

Yeah. I've watched his goal v Man U about 1000 times and still can't figure out where he hurt himself, or how he showed no signs of being hurt and played the rest of the match.

I remember reading somewhere that it was during his celebration. Either way, the whole team/stadium were high on adrenaline and emotion that night. The boys would've played on with bullet wounds. :D

I've re-watched the clip, and when he is jumping in the air when Thierry comes over to him, if you watch his left or right foot (don't remember which), he seems to come down on it pretty lightly. That's all I can figure.:o

Are Rosicky, Ade & Walcott back yet ? But watched the highlights of the Inter game, and Hleb seems more useful in the #10 role ..

"With the likes of Theo Walcott, Tomas Rosicky and Emmanuel Adebayor all set to feature later this week, the Arsenal boss will be able to fine-tune his plans for the Barclays Premier League opener against Fulham on August 12."

My Prediction: 2-1 to The Arsenal.
Lazio are young, just like our lads. Should be a fast paced match.
GOOD OLD ARSENAL!!

I wish we were playing athletico instead of lazio but... Im excited to see Lazio, as Ive never seen them and Ajax, who can play very attractive ball also. Having the complete squad is great also, hope hleb keeps it up and cesc pick it up.
