I think striker Bianchi of Man City will knock in 18-20 goals as the Citeh attack will be geared toward getting him the ball in scoring position.
Koumas of Wigan who takes free kicks and corners will get a lot of assists and bonus points. He will be Wigan's playmaker and is a steal at 6 mil.
Van Persie will be the top point producer of the strikers with all of the assists, goals, and bonus points he will accumulate. If you project his totals over the entire year last year before he was injured, he would have had 22 goals and 14 assists.
Bale of Spurs will get clean sheet points as well as goals and assists from free kicks. He will also be lined up as a winger on occasions feeding Berbatov, Keane, and Bent.
On another note, the fools gold pick of the season is Matt Taylor of Portsmouth. Last year, he was listed as a defender and got a lot of clean sheet points. This year he is listed as a midfielder and won't get the clean sheet points he got last year. As a defender, I liked him because he took kicks and was an attacking player and could get you assists and goals in addition to clean sheets, but as a midfielder, there are better options out there. I hope no one was fooled into taking him on their team this year.
