I just found such a public company that IS ALREADY publicly traded on NASDAQ.

The Company operates as The San Diego Flash soccer club. The Company stages
professional soccer games and competes in the A-League, America's Division II

what he meant was soccer4ever has posted this in AT LEAST 3 different places on the board. it's old at this point.

and by the way, everyone, do NOT invest in this company....or if you do, prepare to lose your money as up to this point it's been nothing but a money drain...
