You're an idiot.
Just because they're in the relegation zone doesn't give you the right to beat them.
I'm guessing it's going to have escaped your attention, but Doncaster play some decent football, they've just been struggling for goals.
Never thought I'd see the day that Plymouth fans were having delusions of grandeur.

Jack... thanks for stopping by and posting...
if they are in the relegation zone, there is a reason for it.... just like we are just out of the playoff zone, there is a reason for it... if we drop points to teams in the relegation zone, we screwed up, plain and simple..
if they are playing some decent football and still losing, they are still losing... to a lot of teams besides us... thats why i say we shouldnt drop points to them... in my opinion, thats 3 points squandered... and if we miss the playoffs by 3 points, Doncaster is the reason!

Or maybe you're just outside the "playoff zone" because the league is so damn close that there's only three points between 6th and 12th? You're not the first team to lose to the team that's bottom, nor will you be the last.
If you miss out on the playoffs by three points, it's not because you lost to Donny, it's because you didn't get enough points over the course of the season.
Also, Birmingham have a really annoying habit of doing that - which is the reason they'll probably go straight back up.

points lost to lower table teams WILL come back to haunt you... im sure we are not going to say OH if we had just beaten Birmingham, we couldve made the playoffs... but i damn sure would say If we miss the playoffs i would look at the doncaster game... those are points we shouldve taken..
BUT... we have fallen further back now with our recent tie to QPR, so this is so speculative now... Argyle needs to strings a few wins together to get back into the chase.

Mr. Walton is in big trouble, meeting with Luggy at 9am monday. Has he played his last game for Argyle or will this be the kick in the pants he needs.

Maybe he has played his last game, as he has now been transfer listed and fined 2 weeks pay.
Of course Seip was also transfer listed when he through a tantrum, but appologised and is now rated the best player at Argyle and signed a new contract.

Walton came from QPR, he was reported to be Argyle's ost expensive signing 750,000 pounds, but i think it would have been that ifonly if all of the incentive bits had kicked in, the probable initial cost was less than 200,000 pounds.
Game tomorrow at Cardiff and then the big one against Arsenal, still trying to find out if we will see it over here, it was initially on Setanta USA, but now it's not on their schedule, if i find anything will post it here.
Good win yesterday, especially with anumber of the players with the flu.
Cathcart will remain on loan for rest of season, but rumours that Gallagher will go back to Blackburn after Arsenal game. Blackburn have a new manager and he might want to look at all his players and if he does'nt think they are good enough for Blackburn may sell them off during January transfer period. Gallagher would probably be worth 2 million in todays market, way out of Argyle's budget unfortunately, he seems to have enjoyed his time at Argyle but will obviously want to go to where he can get paid what he's worth.

So close but no cigar today as Argyle lost 1-0 to Cardiff with agoal 9 mins from the end.
Very different team today from fridays team, 7 changes. Gallagher's initial diagnosis is he is out for about a month with a knee injury. Bolton have said Gallagher can stay the rest of the season with Argyle unless someone comes in for him on a transfer. Gallagher's future relative has posted on Pasoti that at least 2 teams will come in for him, he would definately be interested in staying with Argyle if they could afford him, I dont think they can.
Next game some team called Arsenal in the cup, do we have a chance.

Sadly, i say NO.. but wouldnt it be cool if they tied, and they had the replay at Home Park??!?... that would be worth the air fare back over there...
but seriously, i think Arsenal's "B" team beats us, but they have the "A" team on the bench in case we get a goal, and they need to even it up...
my guess... Arsenal 3 Plymouth 0

He will probably go straight into the team at RB to replace McNamee who is suspended.
Also Nicolas Marin has had his loan deal cancelled and has gone back to France.

well.... were out.... Arsenal 3 Argyle 1.... but... it was 0-0 at half time... and we did score a goal to make it 2-1... but everything i read it looked like a pretty lopsided affair...
well, now we can concentrate on the league and try to improve our position..
look on the bright side.. maybe we can see some Plymouth highlights on SkySports news...

Well it's back to Championship soccer, tomorrow we are away to Notts Forest.
Not much news at HP, no new players since David Grays arrival. Puncheon went back to MK Dons on loan for rest of season and promptly got sent off in first game.
Argyle's chance of signing a Japanese player was rebuked when the appeal panel for a work permit deemed he was not eligable to play in the UK.
One piece of good news the Youth team beat Millwall to qualify for the next round against Spurs.
