There's a few footballer names I like, particularly the German ones. I think it'd be pretty cool/funny for a mixed black guy to have a name like Hitzlspurger, or Schweinsteiger, or Nerlinger. Other footballer names I'd love to have would be Ronaldo or Mahdavikia. What are some cool footballer names you like?

Landon Donovan.

Seriously I've always though the Dutch had the coolest names though.

Roy Makaay, Jaap Stam, Ruud van Nistelrooy, etc.

Fabian Cool.

French names are awesome. I always liked Cantona and Zidane as last names.

I always thought the French and Italians have some great sounding names, when said in their respective languages of course.

Nemanja Vidic. My name alone would strike fear into the hearts of men and women alike.

I've heard of him as he's occasionally scored a goal when I've been watching Soccer Saturday and his name's flashed through on the ticker at the bottom of the screen. Pretty sure he's an Aussie playing in Scotland.

Slightly off topic, I came across this (http://football.guardian.co.uk/theknowledge/story/0,,2053813,00.html) whilst trying to find some cool ones/funny ones. Childish as fook but Segar Bastard is a classic :D and I do like Method Mwanyazi.

I've always liked the name Papa Bouba Diop.

Also, I think Evra's marriage is hilarious: Patrice and Patricia. :)

As for my own name, I'd like to have a Brazilian nickname. They usually sound cool, and it's seems sooo primadona to me to be referred to by one name.

I remember none other than Digital Takawira back in the early days of MLS.

Also the great Gianluca Pagliuca(!), often used in place of a swear word by Keith Olbermann on Sportscenter.

Well, Sapph, there is this cricketer who shares the same firstname and surname as his wife(the surname though might have been adopted by his wife after marriage, i am not sure). Only their middle-names are different.

Adopting a Brazilian nickname is so easy. Just add -zinho to the end of your first name. Joel knows all about that.

Too bad thats my name huh tough boy...

Don't be angry because you probably couldn't even have a cool Portuguese nickname. Also, it more then that. Not everything is "inhos". You have have an "ao", you could be a zinha, or Nando...

But of course your are probably ignorant, and close minded, so you did not know.

The idea is to let the underwear breathe right after you take it out of the tube, man. If not, this above is the results you're always going to get.
