aa tickets

Ok so last season we were being hit on every tickeet we got for people. With a mixture of paypal fee's (yes we know that having a paypal account is expensive but we have gone down the route of not being able to get a VISA card on another bank so we actually have no choice) and paypal exchange rates (Remember we are buying in GBP and at their exchange rate of today of 2.11 to the $ that is very expensive) we were losing at least something just over 1.20GBP on every ticket last season. At an average of 20 tickets per game, well you work out the shortfall!! Those on here for a long time know that Rick personally and Jeff L before him were sustaining those loses before this got so out of hand.
Therefore this season we have decided the following:
1. ALL ticket payments have to be in GBP to our paypal account. No $ payments. Everyone is able to choose to pay for the tickets in GBP through Paypal so from now on if you put the amount into $ yourself we will refund it and ask you to pay it in $.
2. One of the costs is phone calls back and forth, going to the club, picking up tickets from other sources. We are cutting down on last minute tickets as Rick has said before and now we are going to keep to a set price for the tickets so you know what you have to pay.
This price is inclusive of the following things that we have to pay out:
Paypal fee's which are approximately just over 4%
Exchange rates on credit card
30p per ticket for having paper tickets
Rick's phone calls/travelcards etc etc
Admin costs
35GBP we will charge 42GBP
42GBP we will charge 49GBP
46GBP we will charge 53GBP
50GBP we will charge 57.50GBP
60GBP we wll charge 67.50GBP
66GBP we will charge 74GBP
70GBP we will charge 78GBP
Category A fixtures:
Chelsea
Liverpool
Manchester United
Tottenham Hotspur
West Ham United
All remaining Premier League games will be Category B.
The majority of FA Cup, UEFA Competitions and Carling Cup will be Category B fixtures. However, there will be some specific matches which will be designated as Category A fixtures.
Away game prices are determined by the club we play and that is on Arsenal.com. Depending on how we get the tickets (easily if they go to Silver, or difficult if they have 30 credits and I have to gt from another Supporters Club who will charge me 2GBP for getting them or special dlivery costs etc etc) will depend on the price. This will vary for every game.
If people think these are too high and don't want to pay them then in the end we will just have to stop getting tickets for our members. Unfortunately we dont set the fee's that we are getting charged.
As you know Arsenal charges Grade A games at a higher price than Grade B. The usual price of our Grade B tickets is 46GBP or 35GBP. Grade A is 60GBP or 66GBP.
If you have questions please PM me and I will answer them.
