I came across this today. Not flattering but all publicity is good publicity right?
In the stands were the self-styled "LA Riot Squad", a rather tragic-looking bunch of middle-aged men who have adopted the customs of English football fan culture and applied them to LA Galaxy with mixed results. Their repertoire of songs leaves something to be desired - the chant that ended with the line "Chelsea sucks!" will never be a terrace classic - although they were the only part of the stadium that made any real kind of noise.

LA Galaxy have a section of English-style fans called the LA Riot Squad who sing terrace songs. (Independent)

I am sick of the British press bashing us. I don't personally know anyone in the Riot Squad, but I am proud that they represent. They are part of why I love the team (before Beckham).
As all British press, just trying to make a buck on deceiving their public that buys the swill that they brew. That includes the venerable BBC

The only way to buy Riot Squad stuff is at the tailgate in Lot13 before the match.

For the most part, that's true. But if you look on the LARS boards, in the "Newcomer's" forum in the "LARS 07 Kit" thread, you'll see there are some other possibilities for getting gear, and there is some new gear on the near horizon.
