I was thinking about purchasing Arsenal Tv but am unsure of how good it actually is. I have heard about ppl having problems on game day and I currently use sopcast when I can to follow the games. Would Arsenal Tv be worth the roughly 90$ for an American to get. Anyone else in the states use it?

Are you sure you don't have a chance to get GolTv?
They carry Arsenal TV, every match tape delay.
Fox Soccer Channel and Setanta Sports are also great channels to have.
Or even better, a local pub?

lucky for me at my house i get both goltv and fsc but at school i am in a building that doesnt let me determine the cable package and no bars there cover the games. plus i was thinking if i had arsenal tv even if i wasnt near a tv i could watch the game as long as there is a connection. i just am not sure because i thought last season several ppl had said that the signal would just buffer for them or they would get sound but no picture. i know most of this depends on the connection speed that you have but do you need a really fast connection or are the amount of user also slowing it down.

I just got ATVO for the preseason to watch all the games, but i'm not sure i'll continue paying. They have a lot of old goals, and highlights, but nothing special that you cannot find anywhere else. As far as "during school" i don't know if this means that you are a student or not. But ATVO doesn't show anything live after the pre season apart from maybe an occasional youth game. During school you most likely want to watch Champions League games, and the occasional FA Cup Replay or Carling Cup game. I can assure you that if you have a good internet connection at school, that SopCast will do the trick for all those games.
I'm going to be a senior in high school this year, and i got tired of skipping school, and checking scores in the library, so i'm taking a 7am class just to make sure that i can get out early every day and can watch every single mid-week game live. Oh, the things i do for football....:p

ATVO does not show any matches outside of their own produced matches (ie preseason matches)
they get highlights... its a good thing for that and interviews, but if you are expecting matches, its a waste of money

I believe Setanta's Broadband Service (Online Web Stream Service) will be showing EPL matches this coming season. You may want to check that out if you can't get them through other means. Their ITVN service is pretty good as well.

Complete Wenger press conferences for starters. Its good value.
