I was going to post this in Spain NSR but this forum is a lot more active, so..

Anybody here used software or CDs to help themselves learn Spanish?

I'm going to Spain in October and I've been taking a Spanish class to further my knowledge. But the class ends next week so I'll have a few months in between and I want to get some software or a book to further my Spanish. Rosetta Stone and Teach Yourself (language) are both popular but I've heard criticism of each. So does anybody here have any suggestions as to the best program? I'm looking for something with audio, perhaps something on CD-ROM with a little culture thrown in with the grammar and vocabulary. And in Castilian, please.

I have no clue

The only thing I could think about is google, and it found this:
Learn Spanish (http://www.studyspanish.com/)

Sorry.

There are many free language learning podcasts of various levels in the usual places like iTunes, podcast alley, etc. :)
