Vector line art of a 32 or 18 panel ball;illustrator file?

I am looking for an illustrator file of a traditional 32 or 18 panel soccer(football). need the vector line art.. I am producing a trophy and need to provide the line art of the panels to the trophy manufacturer. Anyone have the line art?
