3.Penn v. Gomi
4.Cro Cop v. Arlovski

Penn and Gomi have fought a number of time in MMA and just in Jijutsi. It never turned out good for Gomi.

Really? As far as I know they only fought once, in Hawaii, in Gomi's first ever match in the cage, not much of a barometer.

Got any facts or links to back this up?

I saw them both fight in a grappling match no striking. Penn won by submission. It was on video, but i can't find it anymore.

But the match in the cage is still around. Penn beat the crap out of Gomi.

From what I remember it was fairly competitive, it was also long ago, like the Penn Pulver fight that BJ lost.

Doesnt mean much in terms of what would happen if they fought now.

Neither does some grappling only match one person saw.

Penn did on job on Gome see for yourself disbeliever. Penn messed Gome up it was a fun fight as I recall. Lot's of Gome blood spilled.

Penn would kill Gome now, but don't worry Gome would tap out before he died.

Sure maybe I did not see it because you didn't see it.

What's with all the hero worship for a guy who's never fully lived up to his potential?

You'd think the guy was undefetaed or something.

Anyone catch Dream 5?

It's on right now as I'm typing this.

In less than an hour, it's going to be the final match of the lightweight grand prix.

Eddie Alvarez vs Shinya Aoki.

Aoki is one of my absolute favorite fighters, but his skill is limited to primarily grappling really whereas Alvarez is more of an all-around fighter.

Should be a classic.
