Guys,

I am going to be patient as it's both your first times at requesting...............but the way to do it is not really that hard and you can see how the others have done it. I really don't have time to disect every post on here with questions..................

Arsenal55
"around 11 Jan" is meaningless. In that time period you have said you want 3-4 tickets to every game. So if I got you 4 tickets to every game of which there could be 3 home games and are 2 away games even at the normal price that is going to be an estimate of $2400 in tickets not even thinking about travel to pompey and everton. Yes it may take you longer if you actually have to think about which games, how to get there (for example you would have to hire a car for Pompey as there is no transport on Boxing Day) but it sure saves me time rather than having a hundred PM's about this. Please think about it properly, don't just put down any request and make sure I have a definate number of tickets for each game. Once I confirm I need all names, every person has to be a member and I will need travel info for each ticket holder nearer the time. It is not as easy as just saying oh I'll ask for 4 tickets and just take 2 if I don't need the others.

Aphex
You need to be a little more specific as well. For example your second choice is Chelsea home and you have said you want CL as well. Have you looked at the dates for CL? Do you know if it is away on the Tues for example you would have to come to London on the Monday which would mean a lot more days off work. Your first choice is fine as I have room for Spurs. But if you want Chelsea and the CL game before it I can do that as well. Just go with whichever option you want, but make sure the dates are viable for you.

Sorry to do this, but having done this stuff for a while, I need definates. Many people say "get me tickets to any game and I'll come over". I am afraid thats not how it works and not how I work this!!

Sorry about that Rick. I will let you know EXACTLY what game will be my first, second, and third choices very soon. I did not know things had to be so specific. Also, can you give me a little background on "club members"? My other friends are not Arsenal supporters, but I am dragging them along.

Rick,
This may be a dumb question. But im just making sure that me operating on Arsenlmc58 is going to be ok for getting tickets? Ive used this name before when doing requests and ive basically taken over this username (Mike Caro's old one). Just need clarification as to whether or not this is acceptable. Im trying to get past the point of being called a Wally for my mistakes on the Bigsoccer/ArsenalAmerica ticket request process!! Thanks Rick, hope the show in New York Rocks, i almost got tickets to it, but the plane ticket i just purchased to London this winter zapped the funds! Take care.

Games: Man City (h) 8/25, Chelsea (h) 12/15
Two tickets per game (If its only possible to get one for Chelski, I'll survive)
Normal tickets would be great

Thanks a lot Rick

Joe Groff

I apologize, but I would like to relinquish my claim for the Man City Game and just keep my request to the 2 for Chelsea at home. Thank you.

Rick,
If you could please add one ticket (1) for the Bolton match at home on October 20th, that would be great. Also, I had another more detailed question, and I was wondering whether I should post that on here or send you a PM. Thanks!

You should read the whole thread next time. A few post earlier and you would have saved yourself some trouble. It is very unlikely and the porbablity of you getting a ticket is now .00000000000000000000000000000000000034781%

Man U is now sold out.

Please no more requests for that. I am not 100% I can deal with all those already as there are a few. I will let everyone know in due course. All others will be fine.

Rick B,

I am so excited about the possibility of getting tickets from you and Arsenal America that I check this thread every day.

Do I have a good chance of getting the tickets I requested? It all seems too good to be true...

Guy's, guy's,

I am sitting here in Berlin banging my head against a wall. This is not a chat thread. This is the ticket request thread!!!! I am going to put these answers up and then delete some of your posts as I try (though mostly fail!!) to keep this thread clean.

There are numerous threads about tickets and if you need answers to questions that are not on there, there are plenty of people who you can PM to answer who know the way it works by now...........

In no particular order...........

Aphex - As you are within the first ten orders for both Spurs home and Pompey away you will get tickets for both those games. Please check main ticket thread for what you need to give me if you want me to arrange travel with the club for Pompey. PLEASE DON'T POST ON HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

GWGUNNER - Please PM me about your family. I can try and apply for tickets in the Junior Gunners section if you want which will mean your boys will have cheaper tickets. Might mean a saving for you. Let me know by PM asap. I DO need all of you to be Premium Members of Arsenal America however for under 10 year olds it will be half price.

HomeatHighbury - Nick stop being a pain!!!!! I meant the first 10 orders for each game not the first 10 posts full stop!!!!

ArsenalTexan3 - Chris, fancy running this thread for me!!! I think you are banging your head against the wall as much as me!!! :D

Modeman101 - Derby is fine, but if you want tickets for both games in your post that is not a problem if you are here for the whole period.

arsenlmc - As long as it is made clear if Mike wants a ticket I know it's him thats fine. You are a pain in the arse as well!!!!

arsenal55 - Please read the ticket thread that BigSkiyy linked to and that is on the main ticket page of the this forum. I have spent ages writing it out and all the answers are there.

My bad, Rick... I had no idea the rules were so strict. It won't happen again.

The only reason I am posting now is because there has been a slight change to the request for my 1st trip to England. I am still definitely going to the Tottenham game, but I'm going to have to cancel the Portsmouth request (I have to get back to the States for a crucial meeting).

Just wanted to let you know before you ordered the tickets.

If I can still get the Liverpool and CL home-leg matches in April 2008, I will make sure to clear my schedule for them. Thanks.

ajinbklyn, Club Level is the more expensive ticket. You get a meal before and after the game, comfy seats and so on. However the hospitality runs all round the pitch so you might even be sat behind the goal. Normal is obviously general seating somewhere in the ground.

Rick, as per PM, a pair of tix to Fulham (H 11/08), Man City (H 25/08) and Portsmouth (H 1/09) would be great. A pair to the home leg of the CL qualifier and a single to Spurs (A) would be appreciated too. Don't worry if you can't do all of them, please prioritise depending on demand. Thanks again mate, I owe you a beer or ten.

I was under the assumption that Club Level seats would provide a better view (for which I would definitely pay extra).

But if it's just a meal and cushioned seats, I'll go ahead and take Club seats for the Tottenham game, but just normal seats for the liverpool/CL game in April.

Sincerest apologies for my extreme newbiness... (please don't hate me, Rick)

Absolute last post, I promise....

There honestly isn't a bad view in the house at Emirates.

Now can we keep this in the QUESTIONS thread from now on??

Bigskizz,

Thanks for the info re seating.

Rick,

Please make my request for normal seating, down the touch line if possible, please.

Rick,

Requesting two tickets for Arsenal-Chelsea on 15/12/07 ajinbklyn and wwjennis, please.

As for the level, I'm sorry but I'm not sure which is which. If it helps. we are trying to get seats down the touch line, as opposed to behind goal.

Modeman101 - Derby is fine, but if you want tickets for both games in your post that is not a problem if you are here for the whole period.

In that case, yes please, I'll have a pair of tickets at normal level for both the home game against Derby and the away game at West Ham the following weekend. We're in England until the end of the first week of October.

I'm just waiting on ArsenalAmerica to open their premium enrollment, then I'll have the wife's official member name too for the 2nd ticket in each case.

Unfortunately my jerkwad cousin didn't renew our Silver membership, so I am SOL. I need to be an ArseAm member, correct?

I have some other friends to help with tickets so I may not take these up, but I will try to give at least a month to six weeks' notice in order to let someone else have a fair go at them.

I may also make other requests during the season as I will be in the UK full-time. I will try to give you notice well in advance.

Dear Rick,

Unfortunately due to some monetary concerns, I'll have to scale back the number of games I'll attend in the 2007/2008 season. I hope this has not inconvenienced you.

The super-duper probably final until at least April or something PsychedelicCeltic tickets list:

Games - Tottenham away (15 Sept), Man Utd home (3 Nov)*, Chelsea home (15 Dec), Man Utd away (12 April).
Tickets - 2
Normal or Club Level - Normal (an end if possible)

Thanks. As much as I like to take the piss out of you, you're a diamond for doing this work. It'll be nice to see the new ground and all.

* I already requested this game and two seats, so I'm just making clear that you don't need to find an extra ticket.
