Anyone familiar with the PAGS league (Philly area)

There are 8 different divisions in the U12 group.

They have Premiership Barca, Premiership Man Utd., Campionship, and divisions 1-5.

Is anyone familiar with the strength levels of the divisions? I'm assuming that the Premierships and Championship divisions would have the strongest teams. Are Divisions 1 through 5 ranked in strength order or is it random placing?

Of course these are 11 and 12 year-old girls, so everything is relative.
