Chris Kamara does most of it.
I think it's Rob Hawthorne wwho does the "Okocha - Absolutely glorious!" shouty bit in the middle.

Chris Kamara is the co-commentator. He's the one that speaks at start and then at the end.
Not sure who the main commentator is.
