While the naming debate continues, I think it is time to finally create a actual list of those interested in joining the group. We also need to figure out whose interested in meeting up before the game against the Crew this Saturday. Just add in if you are planning on attending. So here it is:

I decided to move the New Chivas USA Supporters Group threads to the CDCUSA Supporters Clubs sub forum which is the appropiate forum.

I had not moved them earlier because of the low traffic the sub forum gets, but they should have garnered enough attention for the regulars to find the threads here.

I'll be at the match 7/14. I'll check here Sat afternoon to see if anyone gets around to naming a time / place. Or catch me in 137 R - I'll be wearing my new Beckham jersey. ( just kidding of course )

As it stands we have 10 people that are currently interested with 6 actually attending the game on Saturday. On this occasion we can meetup behind Section 138 around 6:30pm(outside of the VIP area). This can be an informal meetup in order to discuss potential interest. I hope to see you all there!

Soooo, did anybody actually meet up before last nights game? I know that I did stop by, but I really had no way of knowing if anybody came out too meetup. Maybe we should plan things out a little further in advance.:rolleyes: Better communication may help as well!

I hung out near that grassy area before the game, then at 7pm I went to that vip area. Didn't see anyone meeting there. What happened to people? Follow through pls.

I was there (138 next to the lil corral-VIP or something). Had no way, of course, of recognizing anyone. Chilled for a little, was told by staff to stand behind a line painted across the floor, then left to my seat shortly after that. Maybe I will hang a sign w/ my name around my collar next time.:o

Yeah, this was a perfect example of how not to plan things out. I'll take the blame for the communication breakdown, numbers should have been exchanged for a proper meetup.

With that said, we now have a month until our next match against our hated enemy. Maybe a meetup should be planned offsite before the next home match. Away game viewing anybody?

What do you guys think?

I was at the game. But I never read an exact meet up time or place. I chilled by the VIP area for a bit just to see if i could hear a related conversation to the new group.... but nothing.
