American Samoa has never won a FIFA-sanctioned match. The team has only recorded one victory in its history over Wallis and Futuna in 1983, when neither team was a member of FIFA (Wallis and Futuna Islands still is not).

It was 31-0, u should at least doubt urself if u see that other people are posting different scores.

At 31-0, assuming the goalie doesn't score, the lowest scoring field player could have had a hat trick.

American Samoa's two best official performances so far have been a 2:1 defeat to Tonga in June 2000 and a 4:3 defeat to the Cook Islands in September 1998, both in the OFC Nations Cup qualifiers.
Their 4:0 defeat to Tonga this year is their best World Cup qualifying performance to date.
Including the aforementioned 31:0 record result, American Samoa has been defeated by double digits in 8 of the 23 FIFA sanctioned matches in which they have participated. In those 23 matches, they have scored a total of 9 goals while allowing exactly 200.

They suck at football but they're decent at rugby. They beat New Caledonia 62-6 and Norkfold Island 94-2. They also beat Italy 28-16.
