I remember the Uruguay of the Enzo Francescoli era being similarly dirty and unsportsmanlike. It was a pity since Francescoli could play beautifully, but there's a mean streak that's been part of that team for a while.

Some of both. Rongen is very skinny which gives the illusion of more height. Bradley has grown about three feet since I first saw him with the U17s back in 2003.
