Is that a pink or striped cow? Although I suppose it could be a dramatical Ruiz dive! Dead to the bovines!
DC United needs to get back to their winning ways.

Wow, talk about misreading things!
Ray has come up with a rare picture of one of the famous tracking cows. You've heard of putting your ear to railroad tracks to listen for a train? Well, same thing, only with dirt.
BTW, as a historical note, no good tracking cow ever came from Texas. That whole longhorn thing was quite inconvenient...

I think we'll see a good effort, depending upon how much Wednesday's game takes out of them. I'm hoping we don't go to 120 min. + PKs to settle it.

I hate to break it to you, but I think you started the wrong one. We have a US Open Cup game tomorrow against Harrisburg City Islanders.

What?
Where?
Hunh?
Who?
Oh, right, the high school game.
Fine, Mr. Smartypants. Start your own thread.
And good luck finding a rare photo of a "tracking islander".

I will be watching this game from home more than likely and would like to say, if anyone of the prodcasters talks about Toja and Led Zepplin. I will kick in my TV drive the stadium and trounce those a-holes. Every time Dallas plays I have to hear that crap. I think we are all aware of it by now.

It's a Norwegian Blue cow.

He's dead, that's what's wrong with him. I know a dead cow when I see one, and I'm looking at one right now. This cow wouldn't track if you put 4,000 volts through him.
You've heard of putting your ear to railroad tracks to listen for a train? Well, same thing, only with dirt.
It's bleeding demised. It's passed on. This cow is no more. It has ceased to be. It has expired and gone to meet its maker. Bereft of life. It's a stiff. This is an ex-cow.

Repped for the Monty Python references.
You have to be careful of even the dead ones. What if they attack you with a point-ed stick?

Mmm-hm. And did you know that Ching is Hawaiian? Or that Bouna Coundoul is proud of his heritage and prays a lot? Or that Taylor Twellman is an extremely gifted and undervalued player?*
*Broadcasts featuring Eric Wynalda only.

I just took a closer look at the image, and it is a dead ringer for the catapulted cow...

Can we catapult Wynalda when he talks like that?

I can't wait for the second Hawaiian in MLS.
Or that Bouna Coundoul is proud of his heritage and prays a lot?
Good for him, but so f***ing what?
Or that Taylor Twellman is an extremely gifted and undervalued player?*
Yeah, and he showed where he belongs in his recent int'l callups.
One day Eric Wynalda will find some other boilerplate with which to pad his on-air spiels...

Toja and Zepplin? I'm not aware of it and I'm a big LZ fan. I must be getting better at tuning it out.
Nobody has to explain, I'll try to listen for it this time.

Im alittle worried about this match as well, however not quite as worried as I was going into the Houston match. Dallas has the same goals for as Houston, (21) however they have given up twice as many, plus 1. (21) United has 2 more goals for (23) than Dallas, and have given up 3 fewer (18).
I think this will be an easier match for us, provided we can get our attack restarted, and put some in the net.
And finally, its a now rare, Saturday, 7:30 PM Start! WAHOO! I LOVE THOSE!
Dont forget your roll call / attendance prediction contest thread is now up for this match! Play the game! Official Roll Call & Attendance Prediction Thread | Saturday, 7/14/07 7:30 PM United Vs FC Dallas
