1- Whatever the hell I want. Nothing in particular.
2-Classic rock. Fast stuff though. Spanish rap too, hahah.
3-Running, stretching, short passing, long balls, possesion.

You shouldn't eat anything like hamburgers, ham and cheese sandwiches or anyting with meat. My coach said eat peanut butter crackers or something because it gives you as much energy as you need for the game. If you eat meat, you'll have to go to the bathroom, and if you eat anything with a lot of sugar you will not have enough energy to finish the game. For music I listen to Bob marley or DMX, and for drills we do our normal warmups. Sprints, passes, small laid back scrimmages are basically it. Obviously stretch.

for my high school team:
1. If we have a home game, I usually go home and eat spaghetti. For away games, our coach gets us chicken sandwiches.
2. Taking Back Sunday, Underoath, Fall Out Boy, Hawthorne Heights, Finch, Weezer. Rap sometimes- usually "Let's Go."
3. We usually do short sprints, high knees, heels, lunges, etc. for about 5-7 minutes. Then we play possession for about 10-15 minutes. After that, we take shots on goal for about 5 minutes.

1. I can't eat within 2 hours before a game, and sometimes within a greater period of time. I always get bad stomach aches if I do.
2. Dreamtheater. They own. Sometimes Zepellin. Oh, and who could forget, Dizzee Rascal. Funniest man in time.
3. Well, my team doesn't really warmup, we just screw around. I usually jsut stretch for a while and then juggle or take some shots.
Oh yea and nothing nah go so is just weird...it always get stuck in my head. I've only heard it with Soufiane Touzani so it kind of pumps me up just because he's so good.

i usualy eat pasta (not white because they use bleach on it), brown rice, or potatoes, something with alot of easy to digest carbs. i cant eat anything more then 2 hours before a game. or i get terrible gassy pains. i have a wierd stomach.
i usualy dont listen to music before a game.. maybe in the car on the way there.. what ever is on the radio.. usualy while im putting on my boots i tend to visualize doing things tehnicaly correct, shooting dribbling.. and game situations.. it helps me to focus.
usualy small sided games with stretching to warm up.

You shouldn't believe such things cuz then you lose your confidence rather quickly, but if it helps right is what you always do first.
