just read basile is thinking abt keeping same lineup as 1st 2 games (with milito coming in for crespo), but is also pondering a more attacking formation, (could be tevez for cambiasso or tevez for milito)

I fully expect Basile to go with the same line-up as the first two games, with Milito in for Crespo. If he does decide to go more attacking, I think the player most under threat is Cambiasso, with either Aimar, Lucho or Tevez replacing him.

I for one would like to drop Cambiasso for Tevez and drop Messi to Cambiasso's role. I think Veron has performed better than Cambiasso and in addition he gives some much needed help to Riquelme. So i would be very happy with this line-up today:
----Pato-----
Zanetti-Ayala-Milito-Heinze
--------Mascherano---
Veron-----Riquelme----Messi

---Tevez----Milito

I believe the change is necessary because Milito is not as good as Crespo. If Basile plays with the same lineup he did in last 2 games and replace Milito for Crespo, we could be thin in attack. Remember, Messi drops back too often and Crespo was often playing as a lone striker. Therefore i think Tevez must play alongside Milito on this game. And Messi can run into defenders from the left side where Cambiasso is under-performing.

What a crackin second half.

Once Argentina scored the first and Peru had to start pressing, that is when Argentina took off.

Now will Mexico play in their turtle shell like Peru and keep it low scoring, or press like Peru in the second half?

I think Mexico will come out strong but if they manage to score first expect some bunkering.
